What we do
Legacy migration
A system that still runs the business, on a stack nobody wants to touch. We move it forward in working increments rather than a big-bang rewrite — the old system keeps running until the new one has genuinely replaced it, piece by piece.
We were writing production software when VB6 was the modern answer. Moving a system off it is not archaeology for us.
Rust back ends
Typed APIs, PostgreSQL and PostGIS, long-lived streaming feeds, background schedulers, and deployment that fits on a small server instead of demanding a platform team.
Flutter & Svelte front ends
One Flutter codebase for Android, iOS and web. Svelte where a browser is the right answer — admin consoles, dashboards and internal tools that stay fast as they grow.
Custom solutions
The work that does not fit a category: an integration between systems that were never meant to meet, a data pipeline, a tool that exists only inside your company. Scoped honestly, including when the answer is that you do not need it.
Every technology named here is one we run in production ourselves, not a list of things we would be willing to try.
